Larry Austin was a Professional Engineer for the State of Wisconsin since 1976. He obtained his Certified Soil Tester license in 1977 and is Professional Land Surveyors license in 1992. Larry also taught Elements of Surveying for over 20 years at the University of Wisconsin, Platteville. After working several years in the area, he started Austin Engineering, LLC in 1998. Aaron Austin, his son, bought Austin Engineering, LLC in 2011 we continued to offer the same services until November of 2023, when Larry Retired. Since Larry’s retirement, we have shifted our focus to Land Surveying and Septic Systems Designs only.
